Rarotonga by Buster

"When are we there Dad?"
"Soon."
By the time we got to Rarotonga it was midnight. The hotel where we were staying was called the Rarotongan. In the morning my brother woke everyone up. After breakfast I went kyaking. After that we went to the pool. My little brother fell in the pool. When we got home he got a growling. In the morning we went to the beach. I went snorkelling. I saw heaps of fish and I saw some eels. I went over a big rock with coral on it. I pulled a bit off. When I was swimming I caught a needle fish. It poked me in the hand. Then I got out of the sea. After that I went into the pool. It was Scarlett's birthday that day. The only meal Angus and I had was fish and chips. We had a good flight home but the Wellington airport was closed so the flight was cancelled. So we flew home the next day.

Dragons

We read stories about dragons with Mrs Treder. Then we made up our own imaginary dragons. We wrote descriptions of our dragons, then used the descriptions to draw our beasts. Click on the pictures below to read some of our descriptions.
