Chloe's Comic

Chloe is working on a comic too. Her's is about a curious cat who wanders into a rocklet and ends up blasting off into space.

The Broken Crown

 Ava is working on a comic called, "The Broken Crown." She wrote the story in her draft book then planned her comic. She's drawing her pictures in Kidpix and making her comic in Comic Life. It's going very well. This is her first picture. It's of the evil frog king.

Cross Country

Our school cross-country was held on Friday.

We were very excited before the race.

This is us lining up at the start line. Mr Lawton is helping us to warm-up before we run.

Everyone got very, very muddy.

Term 2

Rosie brought a cow's tail in for news this morning! She also brought in a rubber glove so that she could show us without touching it herself.

We're reading The Dark Blue One Hundred Ride Bus Ticket by Margaret Mahy. Today we drew dowlers. They're the bad guys in the story.

We have enjoyed working with our cricket coaches this term. We learnt a lot. So much, in fact, that we were able to play a game a cricket in our final session today.

William's Cave Story

Deep, deep down in a cave were two miners looking for treasure. Soon they hit something hard that they couldn’t drill through. So they set a bomb on it and ran out of the cave. Then there was a big boom and the bomb was gone. Behind it was a secret tunnel leading for miles. So the miners had to sprint down the tunnel with their jackhammers. Finally they came to the end of the tunnel. They started drilling and then they found the treasure. Back they went, down the tunnel. But, just before they reached the exit there was an evil dragon that ate them all up and kept the treasure for himself.
